Hey everyone!!!
Happy 4th of July!!! Hope you all had fun ad the pics that I'm seeing are crazy!!! I now see how bad long hair is, chai and how much these guys have grown scares me. . .I have been in Ghana too long haha!!!
So I don't have a lot of time so I'm just going to sum up the week to say the least. This week was transfer week and since New Gbawe was being whitewashed, Hall and I had to go and get the keys and then show the new elders the apartment and a little of the area. Wilson and Doffou are now in New Gbawe and it is amazing to see them again!!! Chai this transfer is going to be nice!!! We came back to Elder Nnachi. He is also from Nigeria and yeah. We had a good time working with them. So that's basically Tuesday in a nutshell. . . at 10:26 I saw my boy Wallin flying over me and chai it was crazy!!!! Mission is coming to an end soon, but I'm still not giving up, more or less.
We had DCM at our apartment and we had a good time with that. We left for a place called Pentacost. We are teaching a man and his wife, Elvanyo and Agata. Agata can speak Twi and Pidgin so we can teach her now!!!! We taught them and then there was a storm. We came back and saw Isaac and taught him about President Thomas S. Monson. Chai he's sweet!!!!

As for Thursday, it looked amazing and then went down the drain. We got ready and went out to Ablekuma. We started teaching and then a huge storm hit us so we taught a group of people for over an hour and a half!!!! Super good lesson by the way. We had no luck with anyone after that so we came back.
Friday was just nice. We got up and did our planning. We went out to see a man named Prince. He is a new investigator and he is now learning about the church. We talked about Joseph Smith. We then left for Agapey Down. We went and ran into Elvanyo and we taught him what he should teach his wife cuz she was busy. We went to Agapey Down and we met someone I never thought I would see in a long time. . .Andrela!!!!! Koetting!!!!! You and I contacted her at the Ghana Oil station and we called her and she wanted us to come over!!! We went and met her and she is super cool and shows great potential in learning the gospel. We left and came back. So the bike lock we had spoiled so we literally had to bust into it!!! Felt like I was breaking into a car haha!!! We came back and yeah.
Saturday we left in the morning to go and clean the baptismal font because Isaaz was being baptized on Sunday. We got that and it was pretty sweet, except that there were just so many ants that we had to clean out. . .blah!!!! So we left and got ready. We left for Ablekuma dn now have 3 more investigators who are investigating the church. There is Morda, Rhoda and James. So in all turn, they are all cool, but Thoda shows the most promise. We went and taught them and it was very good. A little freaky though to add that James has a freaky shrine in front of his house. . .(Ghost all over again. . .) We left and came back. Also, on this day there came a sweet brother into the world to keep me out of the fire, but to keep me well placed in the frying pan haha!!! Happy Birthday Mitchell!!!!!!!
Sunday was aight. So we got up and we left. I gave a talk on missionary work and how members should help the missionaries. The work of the Lord isn't just for those set apart for this, but it is for those who have entered into His fold. Mainly because I have numerous opportunities to share the gospel back home, but I have failed. I have a lot of work to do when I get home haha!!! So we got Isaac baptized!!!!!! I got into my fancy little outfit and did the baptism. We did that and came home. Ememem fell asleep and I completely updated the Area Book, front to back!!!! So yeah.
Hope you all are doing amazing cuz reality sure is taking hold on me. I love you all and hope you all are doing AMAZING things.
From,
Elder Stockton Smith
