For this week it has been pretty interesting. So Tuesday was pretty ok cuz we got ready and we went out to see a girl named Mabina. She is a sister who we met and she speaks little English. We taught her very little about the Restoration of the Gospel for her understanding. We left for Pentacost Junction and we met Better. She's good and trying to learn more. Se wasn't feeling good so we left and went to Ingle's compound. We had a good lesson there and we continued to see Alex. He has a major comparison issue with the US standards and way of life and African way of life. Chai it sucks to say the least. So we left and came back early which is really new for us!!! Like we barely have ever come back early from proselyting!!!
Wednesday we had a good start. . .not!!! We had to go and get some stuff he bought and it was a pain. We came back and had a good time eating at my chop bar. We left and went to see Gift. She's alright, but her sons are just a major major distraction and it sucks!!! We taught her a little and moved on. We traveled all the way to see James and his sons. They have some serious confrontation on the Godhead and it was major annoying. We left and came to see sister Efe. She isn't doing too good cuz she's been sick. We went and talked to her and did our best to help her there. We left and came home.
Pentecost Junction, Ghana |
Thursday was ok. We went out and brought Nico with us and he was a translator for us. We met Priscilla and also her sister Stella. We taught them for the first time and that was nice. We left for Pentacost and we taught Better, but she was still off for some odd reason? We left and contacted Fred and that was very nice for us because he proved to us that Ghana/African pastors and prophets are so FAKE!!!! We left and went to Ingle's compound, but we didn't have the chance to teach her. We left and came to get a tro tro to Agape Top and that is where we showed Nico the Dosseh family's house. He is friends with them and it was nice. We left and taught Araba!!!!! Chai we haven't seen her in DAYS and it was crazy!!! We taught her and it was a crazy powerful lesson with her. We left and taught the Dossehs a few things and we came back.
So as for the rest of the days I'm going to sum them up in a nutshell cuz I don't have time to type it all. So Friday we went and taught people at Ablekuma, but then got a call from Bishop and the APs that we needed to come back. For Bishop he needed us to prepare a baptism for a child of record and the APs were dropping some things off at our apartment. We did all that and taught Maxwell and Isaac. Saturday was good cuz we went to Ablekuma and had a few powerful lessons with them and it was sweet. We left and came home later. Sunday we had a confirmation for brother Prince and we had a good time seeing and meeting more people. We did weekly planning that day and it was sweet. Things are going well here.
I hope you all are doing amazing back home!!!!!! I love you all and I hope you are doing amazing things!!!!
