So we started off with a zone conference on Wednesday and that was cool. I saw Bawden and Randall there so that was crazy cool! We had a lot of good discussions about the Book of Mormon!!!!! It was a really cool experience to work with these guys!!!!

Then the rest of the week, it's been interesting. We had a wedding on Saturday and that was soooooooo cool!!!!! The lady getting married makes my jolloff and it's super cool. It wasn't at our church, it was at the one church that we had the ceremony. The people danced, sang, and just enjoyed!!!! I'm pretty bummed that we couldn't join the fun. We went over with a member and had some lunch. I got myself a nice big ball of banku and occro stew! It was pretty good. We then went to a compound where we finished the ceremony. We took some pics and yeah. They have a lot of weird wedding traditions here, but I like how much the couple get haha!!! Chai the people give them so much money and they have so many games where they involve money!!! I had the amazing honor of going up and cutting the cake with the wife, groom, her sister, and a chieftess!!!!! ONLY WHITE GUY THERE!!!!!!!!!!! And the fun part was that when we were cutting the cake, we only had one knife so we all held on and cut it at the same time. I got some cake and just enjoyed that day!!!!!
As for Sunday it was ok. We had a big African conference in Winneba. The conference is made especially for the Africa West area!!!! We heard from Elder Stevenson of the Twelve, his wife, an elder who was African, and an elder from the Presidency of the Seventy. I can't remember their names, but they were cool!!! They talked about how much tradition has changed the way and people in the church have thought. Some traditions here contradict the standards of the church and it's just kind of a pain when no one is serious about the standards of the church. We had a lot of fun there. We saw lots of missionaries and just had fun. We came back and saw some people before heading back to the apartment.
As for this next transfer one of two things needs to happen or I'm gonna die:
1. Get a new companion and stay for Christmas so I can skype; or
2. Get transferred to the city where I can still skype.
I'm dying here and I'm just done with my companion. I need a new one because three transfer is all I can take at this point.
